Good news! We happily ship to PO Boxes within Australia.
For our international glam squad:
Heads up! DHL can't deliver to PO Boxes or Military addresses.
This applies to countries like New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and others.
Please make sure you provide a residential or business address for delivery.
Why? We want to make sure your fabulous nails reach you without a hitch!

What is your return policy?

While we hope you'll adore your Glam up mode goodies, we understand sometimes things don't work out. Here's our return policy in a nutshell:
✅ 30-day return window for refunds
✅ Original packaging must be intact
✅ Items should be unworn and in new condition
A Few Things to Note:
Original shipping fees aren't refundable (sorry, that's a cost we can't recover)
A 10% restocking fee applies to cover our processing costs

You can absolutely exchange your nail stickers for a new design
Just make sure to return them within 30 days
The stickers should be unused and in their original packaging

Do I have to pay for returns?

We'll send you a free return shipping label
Just drop it off at your local post office, and we'll sort it out
Changed Your Mind?
Fallen for a different design? It happens to the best of us!
We can still help, but there will be a small fee for the return label

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
You'll get an email from us once we’ve processed everything on our end. After that, it usually takes 2–5 business days for the funds to show up in your account, depending on your bank. If it takes longer than 5 business days, we recommend reaching out to your bank or credit card company for an update.
